VLT Fins nasce ufficialmente a Milano nel 2018 per soddisfare il sogno di un appassionato di SUP, Riccardo Violet: creare una pinna Italiana per il sup race.
Nello Stand Up Paddling le tavole evolvono ogni anno per tecnologia e design per andar incontro alla sempre crescente richiesta di performance proveniente dal mondo del racing. Anche le pagaie e i dispositivi di sicurezza seguono questo trend da anni, ma le pinne no, sono sempre state il brutto anatroccolo, dei particolari trascurabili.
I suppisti si sono concentrati sul gesto atletico, sul training e sulla pagaiata senza tener conto che la pinna giusta poteva migliorare sensibilmente le loro prestazioni.
Dopo mesi di prototipi in carbonio realizzati a mano e test in acqua, nacque quindi VLTfins.
In questi tre anni abbiamo vinto tanti titoli Italiani nelle varie categorie, ottime prestazioni nelle gare europee e soddisfatto la richieste degli atleti più esigenti, dimostrando che con una pinna al top si possono avere prestazioni inimmaginabili, con l’orgoglio che tutto ciò è stato pensato, progettato e realizzato in Italia.
Come? Semplice con uno studio maniacale dei profili e dei rapporti tavola pinna, ore di test e pensando fuori dagli schemi.
Oggi realizziamo le nostre pinne con materiali plastici innovativi che permettono di avere flex e design distintivi studiati per ottenere le migliori performance in relazione alle esigenze d’uso ed ai mezzi a cui vengono applicate: tavole rigide o gonfiabili, race o allround, da 9 a 17 piedi.
Dal neofita che vuole una pinna diversa da quella di serie, al racer più esigente che vuole limare secondi al GPS diamo anche i giusti consigli per indirizzarvi alla scelta migliore.
Il polipropilene, le fibre di carbonio e tanta conoscenza da parte dei nostri tecnici della Drift Plastic, azienda all’avanguardia in questo settore, ci permettono di aver una alchimia che crea un prodotto dallo straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Ovviamente continuiamo a realizzare prototipi su richiesta in carbonio fatti a mano.

How it happens? Simple with a maniacal study of fin board profiles and reports, hours of testing and thinking outside the box.
Today we make our fins with innovative plastic materials that allow to have distinctive flex and designs studied to obtain the best performance in relation to the needs of use and the means to which they are applied: rigid or inflatable boards, race or allround, from 9 to 17 feet.
From the novice who wants a fin different from the standard one, to the most demanding racer who wants to file seconds on the GPS, we also give the right tips to direct you to the best choice. Polypropylene, carbon fibers and a lot of knowledge from our technicians from Drift Plastic, a company at the forefront in this sector, allow us to have an alchemy that creates a product with an extraordinary quality / price ratio.
